Carolyn is an experienced, results driven Leader and client focused Business Consultant with 30 years in the Pharmaceutical industry. Her career progressed rapidly into managing teams, initially as a project manager and then as Line Manager, accumulating more than 25 years of learning in leading and managing high performing teams, both in the UK and internationally. She has a diverse yet deep level of experience at a senior level in a range of operational functions including Digital Marketing Operations, Company Mergers and Restructures, Information Technology, Sales and Sales Training. As a result, Carolyn has acquired significant skills as a Leader in Developing People, Change Management, Coaching, Consultative Business Partnering, IT based Business Transformations and Organisational Design and Development.
Carolyn is an enthusiastic leader with a can do and collaborative approach that inspires others to achieve through even the most complex of challenges. Throughout her career, Carolyn has received consistent feedback from managers, peers and team members on her positive impact on people, and it is this that has given Carolyn the most job satisfaction.
Following 35 years in multi-national corporations, Carolyn chose to take a year long career break before making a career change as a Consultant, pursuing her passion in supporting individuals and teams to grow to achieve their talent potential and deliver business outcomes.
