Sarah Abenbrook

Sarah has been helping employers shape their people strategies for over 25 years, specialising in manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution sectors. Her journey began after business school, when a passion for HR and training led her into recruitment. There, she discovered how much she enjoyed solving workforce challenges and helping teams grow.

Early in her career, Sarah worked with global organisations on resourcing, manpower planning, and skills development. Along the way, she and her colleagues created the first suite of core capability assessments—tools that help businesses objectively evaluate language skills and manage workplace risk.

After building a trusted reputation and a strong client base, Sarah founded Interventions Consulting. This was a turning point, allowing her to focus on what she loves most: working alongside people who want to make a difference, delivering real impact for individuals and teams, and embracing technology to enhance learning.

Today, Sarah is known for her collaborative approach, her commitment to making a tangible difference, and her belief that investing in people is the key to business success.
