Sarah has been supporting employers with their people strategies for over 20 years, working predominantly within manufacturing, warehousing & distribution industries.
After graduating from business school, Sarah started her career in recruitment, spurred by her passion for HR and Training.
She spent several years working with large employers to address workforce challenges around resourcing, manpower planning and skills development and it was during this period that Sarah and colleagues evolved the first suite of online language assessments to objectively evaluating language capability and provide a framework for managing risk in the workplace.
10 years on, having developed a trusted reputation and strong client base, Sarah decided to dedicate her energies to working consultatively with employers to support them around the many challenges of working with low levels of English language capability – and so Interventions Consulting was born.
This was a real turning point as it enabled Sarah to focus 100% on what she is passionate about; working collaboratively with people who want to make a difference, having a real impact on the effectiveness of individuals and teams and embracing technology to enhance the learning journey.
