Manual Handling Training
Interventions Consulting were asked to support NWF in developing a suite of Manual Handling training and signage to raise awareness and reinforce best practice across their sites.
Interventions responded positively and swiftly and were receptive and respectful of the changes we requested when necessary.
The process was always open, and feedback was well received to deliver a great piece of e-learning that fully met the original brief and delivered what was intended.
We've worked with Interventions Consulting for a number of years and I've found them professional, clear, supportive and responsive in all my dealings with them.
The process of developing the manual handling training was very fluid and the team involved us throughout the process from understanding, collating information and delivering the package requirements.
Impact so far:
The course has been well received by colleagues at NWF in a number of functions and is deemed to have had a positive impact on a reduction in our manual handling accidents since the implementation of the training.
