Ali’s love of learning and teaching others can be seen throughout her career. Ali started out as a Primary School teacher before transitioning to the corporate classroom where she has worked in Learning and Development across multiple sectors for the last 16 years.
During this time, Ali discovered her love for coaching and qualified as a Performance and Corporate and Executive Coach where she loves to help people develop the right mindset to overcome barriers and get the results they want. She is very people focused and is hugely passionate about helping people unlock their own potential so they can be the best version of themselves. She thrives when facilitating sessions to groups of all sizes and loves to encourage new thinking and create meaningful connections that drive results at all levels of seniority.
During her time in L&D, Ali also worked as a leadership and management skills coach to support multiple cohorts of apprentices through their journey to achieve their apprenticeship, most of which achieved Distinctions.
Ali operates with a learner first mindset and is committed to making any learning event a memorable one that delivers the intended outcomes. She is warm, personable and professional and is able to establish great relationships and trust with ease.
