Alicja Sobiesak

Alicja’s key skills lie in designing work related online language assessments and eLearning and benchmarking language capability required for job roles to ensure safety and effectiveness.

As a qualified Teacher of English as a Foreign Language, Alicja used to run in-company language training courses for business professionals. On completion of her MA degree in Polish-English translation, she believed the world was her oyster and decided to move to the UK to put her passion for language to good use. At the time, she met some inspirational people who recognised her talents and ever since she has been gaining more and more hands-on experience of designing language support aids and adapting training material to facilitate understanding by multicultural audiences.

Alicja holds the Level 4 Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace and Level 3 Award in Food Safety Supervision for Manufacturing which have equipped her to pass on that knowledge through designing engaging classroom based training sessions as well as interactive eLearning programmes.

Alicja has a good understanding of the pressures employers and employees face. She will listen and reflect first before providing practical and creative solutions with a focus on quality and high standards of accuracy.
